These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.bodiesevent.com (the “Site”), operated by Bodies Event (“Bodies Event,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, registering for an event, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or register for events.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful activity, unauthorized commercial purposes, security interference, impersonation, or fraudulent behavior.
4. Event Registration and Payments
Event registration may require accurate personal information. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers, and all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by Bodies Event or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content.
6. User Content
Any content you submit grants Bodies Event a license for operational use. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful and non-infringing.
7. Photography, Audio & Video
By attending events, you grant permission to be recorded or photographed unless you notify us in writing in advance.
8. Third-Party Links
Bodies Event is not responsible for third-party website content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bodies Event is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Bodies Event against claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Terms of Agreement for Booking
To secure your reservation, the management office must receive your initial deposit of $200 upon making your reservation. This $200 includes your $50 cleaning fee and $150 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded to you provided no damages occurred during your event, and no overtime was used. If you go over time by 30 mins, it will be deducted from the damage deposit. If you wish to cancel your booking, a refund is not given. If you wish to revise your rental date and it can be accommodated, you can do so at no additional charge and we will roll over your deposit to that new date. If you request decoration, management must receive your decoration deposit as early as possible to begin decoration preparation.
I agree that:
I will take back any leftover food and not dump it in the garbage bags
I will not use the party room for commercial purposes. No one shall smoke in the party room, or the surrounding area No one shall consume hard liquor in the room or its surrounding, i will be responsible for any uncontrolled actions of my guest, caused by alcohol consumption, either in the premises or outside the premises, and a fine of $150 will be deducted or paid.
If I need to bring in alcohol, I will need to hire a licensed bartender or contact Bodies Event for one and pay a fee of $150. (Fee does not include bartender service).
I will read and follow the conditions of party room rental, which form part of the agreement.
I will be responsible for any violations of the rules, and for any damages to the party rooms facility arising from the above reservation, which could forfeit my deposit.
I acknowledge that the damage deposit is for partial payment of damages. Should such damage exceed the amount deposited, I will notify the management office of any breakage, damage, or rule violation caused by me or my guest.
I understand that: I can pick up my Damage Deposit of $150 from the management office on or before the 5th business day following my event, provided no rule violations or damages to the facilities have occurred during my party rental period.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, though we do allow you to reschedule your event. We understand things happen, so if you’re not able to attend your event, we do allow you to book a different date and time within, but this extension is only allowed for booking within the same year, and you must notify Bodies Event management regarding your situation.
