Terms of Agreement

To secure your reservation, the management office must receive your initial deposit of $200 upon making your reservation. This $200 includes your $50 cleaning fee and $150 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded to you provided no damages occurred during your event, and no overtime was used. If you go over time by 30 mins it will be deducted from the damage deposit. If you wish to cancel your booking, a refund is not given. If you wish to revise your rental date and your date can be accommodated, you can do so at no additional charge and we will roll over your deposit to that new date. If you request for decoration, management must receive your decoration deposit as early as possible to begin decoration preparation.

I agree that: 

I will take back any left over food back and not dump in the garbage bags

I will not use the party room for commercial purposes. No one shall smoke in the party room, or the surrounding area No one shall consume hard liquor in the room or its surrounding, i will be responsible for any uncontrolled actions of my guest, caused by alcohol consumption, either in the premises or outside the premises, and a fine of $150 will be deducted or paid.

If i need to bring in alcohol i will need to hire a license bartender or contact bodies event for one and pay a fee of $150. (fee does not include bartender service).

I will read and follow the conditions of party room rental which form part of the agreement.

I will be responsible for any violations of the rules, and for any damages to the party rooms facility arising from the above reservation, which could forfeit my deposit. 

I acknowledge that the damage deposit is for partial payment of damages, should such damage exceed the amount deposited, I will notify the management office of any breakage, damage, or rule violation caused by me or my guest. 

I understand that: I can pick up my Damage Deposit of $150 from the management office on or before the 5th business day following my event, provided no rule violations or damages to the facilities have occurred during my party rental period.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, though we do allow you to reschedule your event. We understand things happen so if you’re not able to attend your even we do all you to book a different date and time within but this extension is only allowed for booking within the same year and you must notify Bodies Event management regarding your situation.
